I have been in or around a kitchen since I was a kid. I would watch my grandmothers and mom. I started in a professional kitchen in 1986 washing dishes.
Food and cooking have been both work, fun, and a passion for a long time. Now my role is teaching others the passion for food.
As a culinary educator, I feel we must pass down to future chefs the skills and knowledge we learned. To be a mentor to our students.
